However, if your long term goals differ from the short term; make sure a plan is mapped out and your questions are geared to your long term goals as well. You may get vital information that will alter your decission making."
What don't you like about working at Bayer CropScience?
"Although a very huge company, you can get lost in translation. Too many clicks that may go with the tied of managements suggestions, but not necessarily ultimatums."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sometimes talent lies within a company and not from distant relatives. You may get more productivity from an individual who wants to prove him or herself rather than lay back because an Uncle is VP of a division. This can be extremely dangerous for the company and soundness of the work environment."
