"Commodities is a very competitive market. Bay Co. Inc. is very particular in the type of business they want to sell to which limits the types of customers to sell to. Bay Co. is also very rigid on their pricing structure. Why would accompany change suppliers if they are happy with the service and the price is about the same or higher???"
