"Don't depend on this as a primary job if you can help it. This is a better job if you want a second part time job or you are supported by a spouse but just want to bring in some extra money. It can be stable at times, but for any reason, suddenly, you can find yourself off of a case."

"You want to attract and keep people, and want loyalty, pay them."
