"I have worked for Baxter since 2009. The company has grown since, and is planning to split BioScience from Medical Products. With that said, the riskiest side of the business which is pharmaceuticals will have a new name. It is the business that has greatest competition on the market, and under which I work. The company is also reorganizing. Newcomers should be informed going in, and be aware that current employees who no longer feel it's a fit will be leaving. It's a natural corporate cleansing."

"See things (issues, processes, gaps) for what they are, and not take them personally. Understand that improvement requires a retrospective review to understand the current state of things and why they don't work."
