"Again like I tell everyone is to always be true and honest about yourself. be prepared to interact with staff and customer in a very personal level."

"The truth is that I really did enjoy my position, It wasnt waht I was looking for in as my career."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The managers and supervisors don't have many faults as they all worked vey well as a team with everyone inthe company. As to regional mangers I would say to be more understanding and fair to the little guys."
