"I thought it was an organization that was true to its core values. It has gone down hill under its current leadership. I speak of the leaders at the Regional leave and uip. The politics at the home office does not allow for an effective working environment or a Great place to Work. In closing if you work for this company WATCH YOUR BACK......... YOU WILL FIND A KNIFE IN IT AT SOME POINT........"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start living the values that were set forth by Les Wexner the Chairmen of the Board. Also stop being petty and grow up......"
