"I badly hurt my foot at work a few weeks ago and my supervisor's response was, "I did the same thing a few days ago", not what it should have been, "Lets do an accident report". My main issue is the schedule. It's now Thursday and the schedule (Sun-Sat) is STILL not provided for us. Hard to make weekend plans."

"I worked for Bath and Body for 9 months as a key holder, at first it seemed great. Then they started firing everyone in the management team, forcing me (the part time key holder) to work over 40 hours, which I happily did. A few month after I had been working all these hours I had to call out because I was in the emergency room with a virus and when I could return to work I found an email between my new store manager and my district manager saying "I'm unreliable" and "I have attendance issues". I called out two times my entire employment there, both times I had a doctors note because I was ill."

"I have been working at Bath and Body Works for about 4 months now. At first, it's a very exciting company to join but you will soon discover that this is not the case. You will get minimum, which is EMBARRASSING for this company considering they are able to retail bottles of luxury shower gels and lotion for $12.50+. Also, the workload is definitely not worth your hourly pay. They also took away our gratis and now we must do demos for them. That's not the meaning of gratis, by the way CEO!!"

"There wasn't too many things that I enjoyed about that position, except the opportunity of customer service and sales."

"Don't. Not unless they make some changes and fast."

What don't you like about working at Bath & Body Works?

"I didn't like the management and the lack of respect that management had for their workers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be nicer to the people that serve you. They lay the foundation for your company."
