"Poor support from the Service Center and the Project Equipment group can drive your project's profit into the red. Project Managers take all the blame. If you argue with senior leaders expect repercussions."

Barnhart Crane & Rigging Employee

"I've worked for Barnhart Crane & Rigging for a few years. They really push "next best alternative pricing". Managers demand maximum profit and change orders regardless of customer satisfaction. This makes repeat customers hard to retain. The turnover of their sales staff is over 50% per year. New salesmen don't get the good accounts so it's a revolving door. It could be a good company to work for but fairness is not in Barnhart's vocabulary."
