What do you like about working at Barney's?

"It is a great company with a different approach in fashion and promotion. The corporate office openly communicates, set goals, and motivates to make store sales. Although the store can look overwhelming to many of the casual shoppers many find the warm and easy service of the sales staff refreshing. The company is an open forum for ideas and suggestions and encorages the Sales Managers to run their business as if were theris."

What don't you like about working at Barney's?

"I currently work in a Flagship store and their only 7 others. I have been approved for a transfer but very few positions become avilable in the few stores. Although I love working in Cosmetics my passion and focus has always been in Home decor and their is no opportunity."
