"The variety of work that came in that used my many talents to come up with a solution for the particular problem. The owner would then take what I suggested and work with an outside designer and change it to make it more difficult to manufacture."

"Go prepared to meet with a nice soft-spoken guy but be aware that he changes his mind more than you would change a babies diaper."

"Micro management of the entire operation and the lack of trust of he owner towards the employees."

"If you are going to give someone the responsibility to run a project don't subvert it at every turn. Let that person show how they can manage a project from beginning to end without taking away the key personnel or equipment to complete the task."
