What do you like about working at Barnes, Ferland & Associates?

"It was a great work environment and a great work team. Project manager were given their projects to design, manage and implement; we were not micro-managed however there were weekly (Monday morning) meeting to provide an update and we managed an open office system; if any manager had an issue with a project, help was just an office away."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be willing to learn, listen and improve yourself based on the experience of others."

What don't you like about working at Barnes, Ferland & Associates?

"There was a tendancy to be limited to the projects you had experience with; sometimes being able to work along with another PM on a different project would help you gain more experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Allow Project managers to work along with other project managers on different types of project to gain the experience and help build a stronger company."
