"I enjoy the technical challenge of finding the right products for my customers, whether it be related to plumbing, hardware, or hydraulics. I enjoy taking business away from my competitors. I like going through the process of opening a new account and watching it grow."

"Be consistent in your commintments and responsibilities on a daily basis. Follow through with your customers and see them often."

"I enjoyed being able to manage a great team and being with customers and helping them do better for there business. Working out of the home was great it really made me more discipline."

"Research before you make your final decision and listen to the people you ride with."

"The constant changes in our commission structure (every 3 momnths) and it was always lower and we had to work harder and harder to make our money (I understood there theory, but yearly would have made there sales team stay, it caused a huge turn over"

"Low compensation, high level of incompetency in mangement and at the corp. office. Does not consider the Sales force as the driving force behind the company"

"Liten to the sales force, we are at the pulse of things. Stop rewarding incompetency, in Cleveland, with promotions ( Peter Principle). Promote from within and stop hiring from outside the industry."

"Customer service, shipping issues, constant policy changes with corporate to the field changing how we do business...and constant price increases which contributes to losing customers in this market"
