"I am a new Director at this facility, but not new to being a Director. In my 20+ years of being a Registered Nurse, I instinctively know when I am in a good environment. Everyone says they care for patients first, but I see that commitment everyday from all of my co-workers. This institution spares no cost at giving patients the best of the best as it relates to healthcare. The same philosophy applies to the treatment of employees. No matter your title here, you are truly valued. Extremely professional environment, but nurturing and interested in the personal development of the staff. One of the best management teams I have ever been a part of. I chose a winner to be a part of."
