"it could be a nice place where to train and to start to work. I'd like to change their way of thinking and I need people that want this challenge. Otherwise better to look some where else."

What don't you like about working at Barcrest?

"People is too close minded sometimes. When I try to propose something new we simpoly have to stick on the usual plan. The vision for the business is really old-fashion."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think all the company have to rethink the way to manage their business from the ground-up.The C-level and also the top-management are too far from the reality and from the jobs of their employees. They only play with number and tables. This is not working.People have to play more actively inside their stuff, following the thing and doing something not only decide regarding some number in a table."
