For persons like myself, with an engineering skill set and education, there haven't been any opportunities for advancements in that department in the years I've been here. Furthermore, the department itself is progressively getting smaller in Duluth. All in all, it's a great company. As for myself, I need not become too complacent."

"Some of our factory principals don't have the sales and marketing savvy required to be successful in today's marketplace"

"Invest more money in web advertising, and search engine marketing. Invest money creating a credible website, as it is the first impression to our new prospective customers."
