"The only complaint I have is the minimal opportunities in the engineering department locally. For persons like myself, with an engineering skill set and education, there haven't been any opportunities for advancements in that department in the years I've been here. Furthermore, the department itself is progressively getting smaller in Duluth. All in all, it's a great company. As for myself, I need not become too complacent."
