"Requires 3 month leave notice for Vice Presidents and up and 1 month notice for anything below which is unheard ofExtremely poor work-life balance.Lots of politics."

"Reduce the politics and red tape. Stop having people manage to the checkbox. 3 month leave notice for VP's in technology not competitive with industry."
