"I've worked for The Barbarian Group for nearly two years, which seems to be the average length of time most employees work here. The environment is amazing and everyone is nice. Some of the work is competitive and amazing while some clients are given free rein on creative.The starting salaries are competitive but this company rarely promotes from within and large salary increases are rare."
