"If you're in sales or similar, then this job is fine. If you're a developer who is passionate about quality, mainly working in a test-driven environment, then stay away. Their code is written by junior developers who call themselves seniors and architects, but they don't even grasp the concept of ioc, let alone practice modern programming principles. Upper management encouraged poor quality, they'd rather get the product out the door than taking the time to get it right."
