"Unfortunately too many people were doing the wrong thing without paying for the consequences, until eventually Countrywide went almost bankrupt."

"My advice to management to encourage sales but not to the point where morals and standards are being sacrificed and borrowers were being treated unfairly."

"I didn't like how intertwined Bank of America was with my personal life. As a customer of BofA I wasn't satisfied and it made it difficult to get customers of mine to be customers of Bank of America."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest assisting your loan officers in their daily activities with a more hands on approach and standing up for what is right for the employees rather than for the company, because the employees are the makeup of the company, and stealing from the employees is wrong."
