I took great pride in professional performance and that opportunity allowed me to develop my skills with one of the worlds largest financial institutions. B of A is an organization that provides fantastic training opportunities for its employees."

"The compensation was very little compared to other financial institutions and the amount of work required. The company had a para-military management style that was overly regimented and dissuaded creative thought."

"The professional training opportunities are fantastic; however you pay for what you get. Upon identifying quality employees that facilitate stability and service within your organization, pay them accordingly."
