What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The call center is almost 90 percent African American but yet the majority of the managers are white. They are not looking to promote black people. Also they tell you when you have to work. If they need overtime from employees they don't give you a choice. People have families."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you manage a team that does one thing, you should know how to do it as well."
