"Out of college I got to work directly with executive management (2 levels from the CEO)."

"Be really keen about relocating to Charlotte, NC."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"Old Bank of America (pre merger with Nationsbank) was ok to work for. The executives knew what they were doing. But Nationsbank had leaders who possessed little experience in actual banking and their business model was 10 years of out-of-date. But I guess if you have a couple of public employee pension funds buying up your float you can rule the world."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If any of their executives came from Nationsbank, they should be shown the door."

"Compensation and work environment."

"Separate bonus for sales and customer service. Realistic goals for sales and less rigid to adapt to changing economy. Concentrate more on customer satisfaction and employee retention."

"Prior to the national merger it was a synergistic organization."

"Don't hold your breath for an interview if you're talented, educated or over a certain age."

"Nations has ridden on the waves that Bank of America built, but they are currently out of touch with customer satisfaction."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Start over. Current Corporate Management needs to retire. Return to state by state or regional corporate structure. North Carolina has ruined this once fine organization."
