What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"They weren't very big on promoting employees for there good work, almost as if they overlooked that all together. Good place for entry level work but not for advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To make sure to rewards those employees who deserve it rather than by title. A company is held a float by every employee working for it. In return a manger should reward those employees; by any means, that provide excellent work throughout the yr."
