"The merger with Bank of America did not provide enough opportunity for me to grow in other parts of the Company, and as a result, I was laid off."

"Provide an atmosphere of support and be more aware of the skills and expertise of its associates and how the associates can contribute to the Company bottom line with untapped talents that go beyond the current job assignment."
