Bank makes a real effort to provide associate satisfaction and career growth opportunities; however, occasionally falls short (example: my division was redeployed and associates were locked into new positions for 1 year, regardless of experience level). Pay and benefits acceptable. Due to regulatory environment the bureaucracy was high. Add to that the bank has overlays, which prevent associates from providing customers with the level of service bank requires. Common sense rarely prevails."
