"The firm is great to work for if you come in on the graduate scheme (this will be pay scale G or GP). However, if you come in as a Research Assistant (scale I) or Senior Research Assistant (scale H), you will quickly be hit with endless glass ceilings and non-merit-based barriers to your development. If you think you'll be able to progress your career through hard work and perseverance, you will find yourself to be very much mistaken.
