"Practice Managers need some experience of veterinary medicine. Hiring people from the outside to run a hospital is a poor decision on field leadership."

"manager has mood swings, sometimes likes us sometimes not so much. Not enough pay for all the tuff we have to do. very overwhelming and no one helps. manager just sits there watches us throught the camera. depending on her mood she will help with the phones"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would treat each employee with respect, pay them what they deserve. Listen to what they need and want so that they can enjoy coming to work everyday"
