"Our success means our advertisers are successful so I keep that in mind with every optimization and recommendation I make. No one likes trouble but when I do come across issues, troubleshooting and resolving them (whether delivery or billing) is also something I enjoy because it is an opportunity to learn. What I dislike is that the work can get repetitive if campaigns are relatively simple."

"I loved working the my fellow team members. Most hospitals have great employees."

"If you want to work here let the person you are interviewing with know you are willing to work 7 days a week and holidays for very little pay."

What don't you like about working at Banfield Pet Hospital?

"Corporate/field leadership, no work/life balance, under paid, not valued as an employee"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Practice Managers need some experience of veterinary medicine. Hiring people from the outside to run a hospital is a poor decision on field leadership."

"My position is not related to my degree from YSU at all. Also limited opportunity for advancement without relocation."

"Create more opportunity for advancement within the hospital without needing to relocate to do so."

"When interviewing for this company, I would recommend showing your passion for working with animals and show your concern for their health and well being."

"I felt that some of the employees were over worked and unhappy."

"I feel that management should have more compassion for their employees. Many of them were left closing the hospital without any assistance."

"manager has mood swings, sometimes likes us sometimes not so much. Not enough pay for all the tuff we have to do. very overwhelming and no one helps. manager just sits there watches us throught the camera. depending on her mood she will help with the phones"

"I would treat each employee with respect, pay them what they deserve. Listen to what they need and want so that they can enjoy coming to work everyday"
