"If you're gong to be a front end developer for this company you are a code monkey until you become a senior developer. You pretty much have no say in the way the sites are designed and built. You are a cog, your job is to build websites fast and quick to the standards of the designer.The president's motto is progress not perfection. Well that only goes for management decisions, not your own work and learning, it must be perfect!"

"Good benefits package. Unlimited paid vacation. Relaxed dress code. Some meals provided."

"Be hilarious. They love humor. Especially if you play into the 300/Spartan theme they have going on."
What don't you like about working at BancVue?
"Too many bosses. People are encouraged to be in everyone else's business, thus making your co-workers your boss too."

"There needs to be less. MUCH LESS. Everyone should have one single person to report to."

"I love their patch beliefs, leaders' passion about their work. They are well organized with workflow and people are very understanding for each other."

"Get to the know the company well before you go to their interview and have great passion for credit unions."
What don't you like about working at BancVue?
"I don't like how I felt the company was unstable. A week after I got hired, Creative Director resigned and Account manager lead left few months later. In Between, I received extremely high volume of people were leaving the company."

"I think they have a great management, but it seems like everything is too systematic and less personal."
