"Just come in and do the job. Don't expect too much."

"There is no consistency with policy. No encouragement from management. No growth opportunities. Managers talk down to you. Not professional to my standards. Low quality work equipment. We are still on a dos system and its 2009. Lost of unnecessary protocol. The dress code. The pay for the amount of work stress we endure should be greater. They demand so much out of us but are very closed to any of your personal needs."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more open minded. Listen to your employees feed back and suggestions. Be more appreciative to your employees. Hire a sufficient amount of staff to cover volume. Upgrade the datebase used to work. Create more growth opportunities. Get management that are have more leadership skills."

"I loved the people with whom I worked and the opportunity to help people with their health and fitness goals and was enticed by the potential to earn a lucrative salary."

"Remember to think realistically. This is a very difficult, extremely time-consuming job. It is true that you can make a lucrative living through Bally, but you have to have the right personality and stamina to start your own sales-based business in very difficult economic times."

"The salary and benefits that I actually did receive were inadequate for me to survive."

"I have no qualms with the management, nor with the way that the company is run. They invested a great deal of time into making me a more valuable employee. I attribute my struggle to make ends meet primarily to the state of the economy. However, if I were to make one suggestion it would be that management invest in more positive reinforcement (rewards for good performance) as opposed to negative reinforcement (punishment for not reaching standards)."

"I was uncomfortable how at times as a Bally manager We were required to work extra hours and or come in at odd times of the day."
