"Because of vast growth in the last few years there is necessary restructuring going on that can make forward motion on project difficult from time to time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would encourage more social media intigration in marketing, and improve internal moral by organizing events or opporunities for staff, partners, associates and all other employees on a more frequent basis. I would also look into some more community service intiatives, seeing how we can give even more back to our local community than we already do!"
