What do you like about working at Baker Electric?
"Co-workers; there is a family atmosphere due to the wonderful attitude of most of the employees; the worker bees. The original owners are fantastic as well."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself if you want the job. Be someone else if you want to advance."
What don't you like about working at Baker Electric?
"Under appreciation for talents of the employees. No recognition is given unless you make alot of money for the company. It is important to realize that ALL employees contribute to a successful company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do not underestimate workers because they do not have a fancy title from a university. There is alot of talent being overlooked and wasted due to such prejudice.
