"Compensation is low, the managing director is kinda insane, and the whole history of the company itself seems like a bit of a scam. There is little to no room to move up, and everyone of my co-workers actively talked about how they wanted to get out."

"Management is very difficult to work with. They ask too much from the employees, but don't give as much in return. They ask you to go an extra mile for the clients, and when you do, they don't show appreciation for the work you did. Not that I am complaining for giving more the clients, it's just that people need some sort of recognition to boost their morale. And it's just fair to be giving something back when you asked for something."
