"The encouraging attitude of management to be creative and the support received were tremendous at Bagley. During my time at Bagley, I had very young children and Bagley was close in proximity to my home and childcare, which made life less complicated."

"The tips I would offer to someone interviewing would be to always be a team player with colleagues, share information (give and receive) and embrace, communicate and build relationships with all stakeholders."
