Many sales positions hold the assumption of swimming in a shark tank, while Badcock creates a friendly, team-oriented environment. "I worked as a store manager not at the warehouse. I enjoyed the customer interaction and the posibility of helping them find need as well as what they want. The tough part was doing collections, but I found as long as I treated the customers fairly most of them were willing to pay."

"Once I got the store merchandised and collections up to date some of the days were realy slow. I like to always be working onsomething."
