"I've worked at Backflip Studios as a UI and 2D Artist from 2013-2019. Things have changed a lot over the past six years, many for the better. The studio suffered through growing pains but was in the process of ironing out some kinks over the course of the Hasbro acquisition. I found management wasn't fully in the loop with what employees were concerned with, but were somewhat willing to listen. Sadly, Backflip shut down in late 2019. It was a great place to work, and I miss my coworkers terribly. It was a great community and I looked forward to coming into work 90% of the time."
"It is a great company to work with. Everyone treats everyone else with respect. There are some communication issues between departments, but they're slowly being ironed out. They really take care of their employees, and the benefits package is top-notch."
