3.9 I worked at the company for 13 years. It is a pleasant work environment, excellent co-works. Over the 13 years, I had four supervisors, seen the company grow, and shrink following the Oil & Gas boom & bust cycle. During the growth, it is fast-paced, long hours, with little rewards. During the downturn, it is slow, and management goes into micromanagement mode, and it is like working at a different company.
