"Typical small company problems. Tried to branch out into self performing aspects...the owners who got to involved when the selfpreform should have been eliminated he doubled down lost 100s of thousands of dollars in profit..no bonuses, only perk was an exceptional Project Manager in KC Brown, but the owner moved him out in the field during downsizing."
