Aztera Employee

"I worked several hundred hours for them as a contractor and they did not pay me in full. I bugged them to get paid a little of what they owed me and now they're ignoring my emails. I finished the work I was brought on to complete to satisfaction. BEWARE of this employer! Do not work for them!"

Aztera Employee

"Great for small projects and supporting role in larger projects. Company is lacking direction and focus. Ownership has a lacking presence for such a small company, and pay is way too low for the engineering market. A good place to cut your teeth and gain a wide variety of experience."

Electrical Engineer

"Aztera is a great place to gather experience before moving on to your career position. Pay-rate is in the lowest 10% of the country, so money cannot be your main drive when working here. Support is minimal if your are not a mechanical engineer, as owner and director of engineering are both of mechanical background. Support staff and other engineers are amazing. They are a great mix of professionals and can have fun while getting the job done."
