"Arrive at the interview with a solid knowledge of Goldman's history and culture, and be confidant in your abilities."

What don't you like about working at Ayco?

"The cut-throat mentality. Instead of building up, there was more tearing down."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When promoting personnel to a leadership position, its better to promote an individual to a different team, rather than keeping them on the same team. Several companies do this by policy, and our company should incorporate the same strategy."

"I believe they could improve on their employee career development program which they do not have a formal program or review process."

"Create a 360 degree review process, upper mgmt , lower rank and peer review."
