"Great Company. Excellent work-life balance. Awesome Teammates."
"The two primary criteria I requested when I joined Axway were not met: Provide me with clear direction and priorities, and we will all succeed. My hiring manager was let go two months after I started, and the new manager was remote to our location and we had never met, and senior management was in Europe. Communication was poor, and my efforts to engage my new management in dialog regarding process and workload went nowhere. I was laid off over the phone by complete strangers."
