"The fact that management has sexual relationships with admins and penalizes, abuses, and creates cases for termination against those who refuse to sleep with their bosses, those who report sexual harassment, human resources will attempt sexual harassment when you report others for sexual harassment, then when you refuse the sexual advances and report to higher levels of management, you are terminated because Illinois is an at will state."
