"Smaller development firm that was especially sensitive to changes in their small client base. Little to no padding with respect to client conflicts when unavoidable. Privately held by two individuals with extremely different perspectives on their company and their goals."

"Be more up front and honest about their client base prior to hiring and especially prior to relocating a prospective employee!"
