"Emerson is a large corporation but is locally run by the same folks. Do your homework and say the right things."

What don't you like about working at Avocent?

"Emerson purchased Avocent and the culture changed. We went from enabled informers to simple monitors of processes."

"Listen to the employees and learn from mistakes. Fewer mangers."
