"Given the responsibility without the authority to do the assigned work. Your career depends upon highly A.D.D. account managers who are sometimes hired for their looks instead of their capabilities. Most folks are terminated just before they make their five year eligibility to be vested for retirement (coincidence)"

"Pay is much less than the competition. This results in getting the lower skilled workers who cannot keep a position in the better paying companies."
