"look at this as a stepping stone to advance to another location. This is a place that you work because you have to instead of because you really love the job."

What don't you like about working at Aviza Technology?

"Lots of back stabbing kingdom building politics.Management had the do as I say even though they were telling the employees to do what was ethically wrong. Ie copy old design even though it didn't meet electrical code. (fires were results.)"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"need a better way to remove the managers who were causing the good people to leave. One person can destroy a great team. This includes the person who was hired to run the team."

"They do have the great people and always working as team."

"Do your best!!!Anyhow, I do still recommend that this place is great."

What don't you like about working at Aviza Technology?

"I do still like them very much. A small disadvantage factor is that the plant is located in the remote area."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Company has been merged from WJ to SVG to ASML to Aviza Technology. It would be best to keep all the core engineers instead of letting go whenever new manager takes over the department."

"I enjoyed working with the Oracle database, and planning/procuring custom commodities."

What don't you like about working at Aviza Technology?

"Watkins Johnson business was on a downward spiral and I knew that I would not be converted from temporary status to direct employee. I found a new job, and just one week after I left WJ, they laid off ALL their 200+ temporary-hire employees."
