"Do not go into operations, the business side is quite lovely tho"

What don't you like about working at Avis Budget Group?

"Operations is a mess, high authorities do not listen to great suggestions, not flexible to accommodate clientele, need better communication and work together between departments especially m&d with sales."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get rid of the people in the company that are bringing the company down like Ann Lamonico."
