What do you like about working at Avid Technology?

"Getting the teaching experience I needed while I was still in college. I loved working with the students and helping them throughout their high school careers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be ready to push the students in picking better questions and have them pick questions they seriously don't know the answer to. Students love to just sit back and talk during tutorials and therefore pick easy questions they already know how to solve. You need to make sure that they really have trouble with a question before letting them try to solve it."

What don't you like about working at Avid Technology?

"I wish I would have been able to work more than the two days a week. I also wish I would have been able to stay longer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My management was amazing. The only suggestion I have is to allow tutors to stay after they have graduated college."
