"I've been at A-Verdi's for 9 months. Everyone truly is treated as a family. However, there is no room for growth and the office turnover rate is astounding due to lack of effective training. Have witnessed cases where devoted employees have left due to mistreatment. Insurance options are poor. Despite the other benefits, I have felt undervalued since I started working there."
